Sue Foley Worcester Concert reviews
Magical Night for a great price
"Before the concert even began, I knew this would be amazing the moment Jay-Z's 99 Problems played. The entire stadium lit up in flashing lights as soon as Sue Foley came out, worn around the wrists of all the attendees. Mesmerizing and overwhelming in the most perfect way possible, the music encompassed your soul as only Sue Foley music can. The most touching part of the concert led into as Chris Martin played arguably the best Sue Foley song "The Scientist" on the piano, which followed into another crowd-pleaser, "Yellow", their breakout hit that put them on the map. "Mylo Xyloto", the first song included cannon bursts of confetti, and during "Lovers in Japan", giant beach balls were brought out to compliment the sweet, lightness of the melody. They finished with the always unforgettable "Fix You" and "Every Teardrop is a Waterfall". After a rousing rendition of "Paradise", they appeared in the middle of the crowd to play one of their underrated songs from their latest album, "Us Against the World". The show incorporated many special effects, including creative usage of light, lasers, and digital manipulation to accentuate each song. Chris Martin played a great role in ensuring how this concert stood out from all others, involving the audience, singing his sweaty little heart out for the fans, keeping the focus on the music while still maintaining a bit of playful rapport with his band members. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
